Ike’s are individually wrapped, so you can make as many or as few as you like. Plus, the wrappers are oven safe, which means you can bake them all day (and believe us, we have) without touching the dough or dirtying a single pan.
Depending on where you live and what kind of oven you have, baking times and temperatures can vary. Our recipes are designed to bake beautifully in a wide range of conditions, but you may want to make adjustments based on your taste.
15 Minutes at 350ºF in a conventional oven and 325ºF in a toaster oven is the best place to start.
If you’d like your cookies to be softer, reduce the time by a minute. For a crunchier cookie, increase by a minute.
If your cookies are too brown, reduce your oven’s temperature by 25º. If they spread out too much and don’t rise, increase your oven’s temperature by the same.
